Our Mission

Pumpkin’s Patch is a cat rescue dedicated to finding cats/kittens a forever home INCLUDING those with infectious diseases. Our Mission is to provide a safe and nurturing space for cats/kittens including those with infectious diseases until they find their forever homes. Our goal is to educate pet owners about the public about TNR (Trap Neuter Release), feline infectious diseases, and general information about cats. Education on infectious diseases will reduce the negative stigma and allow for more adoptions for cats including those with an infectious disease.

  **Infectious diseases that we focus on:  Feline Leukemia (FeLV)  Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV)  Feline Infectious Peritonitis (FIP)  *** Cats of each infectious disease must be housed separately from each other. This is due to cats being immune compromised, and the different ways that each virus spreads.
